Here's exactly what happens every time you activate a neighborhood. No black box. No manual work. Just a fully automated sequence that turns your truck schedule into new customers.
We handle the setup. Templates configured, routes connected, first activation ready. You're live the same day you sign up.
Upload a CSV with your route schedule — or connect GorillaDESK, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or PlusAutomation directly. We pull the visits automatically.
Upload your logo, pick your colors. We generate Touch 1 and Touch 2 postcard templates with your branding, your mascots, your phone number.
Select a target neighborhood from your upcoming routes. We show you the USPS carrier route, household count, and estimated cost before you confirm.
Click once. The 14-day sequence fires automatically. Postcards print, mail, and land in mailboxes. Signups flow to your dashboard.
Every activation kicks off a fully automated sequence. You approve it once. We handle every step until your truck rolls into the neighborhood and picks up new customers.
The system reads your connected route schedule and identifies every neighborhood visit coming up in the next 14+ days. Eligible activations get queued.
Touch 1 postcard is generated with your branding, the target neighborhood name, the specific truck arrival date, and a unique QR code pointing to the neighborhood-specific landing page.
The system submits the postcard order to our print-and-mail partner (Lob.com). Your postcards get printed, batched to the correct USPS carrier route, and handed off to USPS for in-home delivery by day T-14.
A unique landing page auto-deploys at [yourcompany].com/[neighborhood-slug]. It features the specific truck arrival date, a one-click signup form, and conversion tracking baked in.
Households in the target neighborhood receive Touch 1. They see "Our trucks are on your street Thursday, April 24. Sign up by Monday to be included." Specific date = specific urgency.
As households scan the QR or visit the landing page, the system tracks every touch. Every conversion is attributed to Touch 1 and logged to your dashboard in real time.
Touch 2 fires with a different creative angle — urgency-forward. "7 days. That's it." Second print run, same carrier route, new message. Lands in mailboxes at T-7.
Touch 2 arrives in mailboxes the same day two parallel email/SMS campaigns fire:
A $5/day geofenced Facebook ad launches, targeted to the exact ZIP of the neighborhood. Households who saw both postcards now see the ad = triple touch. Optional add-on.
Your crew rolls into the neighborhood with their usual stops PLUS every new signup added automatically to their route. The crew app shows "X new customers in this neighborhood today." Service happens. Revenue flows.
Yard signs go up at every new signup's curb for 3 days. Branded "Your neighbors just signed up — you can too." Neighbors walking by see them. Every new customer gets an auto-emailed review request for Google.
One week after truck day, the activation gets its final attribution report. You see every metric — postcards mailed, QR scans, landing page views, signups, cost per acquisition, total MRR added, ROI percentage. Dashboard widget also posts to your Command Center.
