$99/mo platform fee either way. Standalone customers pay a $299 setup. Existing PlusAutomation or BCA customers pay $99. Postcards and SMS billed at cost. No contracts.
+ $299 one-time setup — covers onboarding, template setup, and first activation
+ $99 one-time setup — you're already onboarded, just activating the module
No hidden fees. Here's exactly what's included in your monthly subscription and what's billed separately as pass-through.
First postcard drops 14 days after you activate a neighborhood. First signups typically arrive within 3-5 days of Touch 1. Your first truck day usually shows 5-15 new customers per activated neighborhood. Most customers see ROI positive in week 2.
No. That's the entire point. We use Lob.com's print-and-mail API, which handles printing and USPS drop-off automatically. You click "activate" — we handle the physical logistics.
Functionally, nothing. Both include all 16 automations and unlimited activations. The difference is integration depth — the module installs as a COG gear, pulls route data directly from your Command Center, and puts widgets on your existing dashboard. Standalone gives you your own dashboard and CRM integrations. If you already use PlusAutomation, the module saves you double-entry.
Yes. No contracts, no minimum commitment, no cancellation fees. If you cancel mid-cycle, any remaining mail already ordered will still go out — we don't cancel orders that are in production. Future charges stop immediately.
Any route-based service business. Bin cleaners (the original use case), lawn care, pool service, pest control, HVAC, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, chimney sweeping, tree care, handyman routes. If your trucks visit neighborhoods on a schedule, this works.
For a 200-household carrier route with both touches (400 postcards at the 4x6 rate), postcard cost is $200 ($0.50 × 400). Add your $99/mo platform fee and you're looking at roughly $300 total for the activation. Most customers get 6-10 new signups per activation — that's $30-$50 per new customer, dramatically cheaper than cold leads on HomeAdvisor, Angi, or Google LSA.
Everything. Printing, USPS postage, fulfillment, tracking, and attribution — all billed at Lob's cost, straight through to you with zero markup. 4x6 cards are $0.50 each, 6x9 cards are $0.75 each. You're not paying for postcards — you're paying for pre-sold, same-day-ready leads. That's still 50-80% cheaper than HomeAdvisor, Angi, or Google LSA.
Use CSV upload. You can bulk-upload your route schedule once or update it monthly. We also actively add CRM integrations — if you have a specific CRM you want supported, let us know and we'll prioritize it. For standalone customers, CSV upload is always supported.
The PlusAutomation Command Center is being rebuilt. During the rebuild, the Neighborhood Takeover module deploys to the COG sandbox environment with full functionality — customers won't lose any features, they just access them through the sandbox build. Production migration happens automatically when the COG rebuild ships. Standalone and BCA integrations are unaffected and fully live.
