Privacy Policy

PlusAutomation.ai is a product of HACJAC Capital LLC (“PlusAutomation.ai,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, sign up for an account, or use our software, and how we use and protect that information.

We built PlusAutomation.ai to give small service businesses the same back-office firepower that enterprise companies take for granted. That means we handle customer data on behalf of the businesses that use our platform. We take that responsibility seriously.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account info: name, business name, email, phone, billing address, password.
• Payment info: processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Business data you import: customers, routes, invoices, service history, and any integration data you connect (QuickBooks, your field-service CRM, and your email/SMS/direct-mail providers).

Information we collect automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session timing, errors encountered.
• Device data: browser type, operating system, IP address, general location (city/region).
• Cookies: session tokens for login, analytics cookies (aggregate only), preference cookies.

Information from third-party integrations

When you connect an integration (e.g., your accounting system, your field-service CRM, your email/SMS/direct-mail providers, or Google Business Profile), we receive the data scopes you authorize. We store only what is needed to run the automations you have enabled.

2. How We Use Information

• Operate the platform and run the automations you configure.
• Process payments, issue refunds, and send billing receipts.
• Communicate with you about your account, product updates, and support.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Improve the product — aggregate, de-identified analytics only.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with:

• Sub-processors that run the platform — our cloud infrastructure provider (hosting + database), our PCI-compliant payment processors, our email-delivery provider, our SMS provider, our direct-mail provider, and our analytics provider. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
• Integrations you authorize — we only send data to integrations you have explicitly connected.
• Legal compliance — when required by valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the platform.
• Business transfers — if HACJAC Capital LLC is acquired or merged, customer data may transfer, subject to the protections of this policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. When you close your account:

• Active business data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days.
• Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting law.
• Backup copies are rotated out within 30 days.

You can export your data at any time via the account Settings panel, or by emailing h@hacjac.com.

5. Security

• All traffic is served over TLS 1.2+.
• Data at rest is encrypted on our infrastructure providers.
• Access to production data is limited to named engineering staff and logged.
• We do not store full payment-card numbers — tokens only.
• Two-factor authentication is available on every account; mandatory for admin roles.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever detect a breach that affects your data, we will notify you promptly and in accordance with applicable law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal information (subject to legal retention).
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Opt out of marketing communications (every email has a one-click unsubscribe).

7. Children

PlusAutomation.ai is a business platform. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. International Users

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the U.S., your data is transferred to and processed in the U.S. We apply the same protections regardless of origin.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be emailed to account owners at least 14 days before taking effect.
